The Pontiac Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Grant Program invests in nonprofit organizations making a real impact across the Pontiac community. Our funding programs support initiatives that enhance neighborhoods, broaden opportunities, and create enduring impact throughout Pontiac.
From micro-grants to specialized funding initiatives, our objective is straightforward: empower local leaders and organizations to transform concepts into tangible actions.
Each first quarter of the year, funding is allocated to local nonprofits to expand programs, enhance outreach, and invest in the necessary tools and systems to deliver more robust and effective impact.
By supporting community-driven initiatives, the Foundation is helping facilitate the transformation of ideas into tangible actions and impact into lasting change.
Grant Cycle
The current application cycle is now closed. Future applications will open in Q1 of 2027. Full application details will be posted on this site when the application period opens.
