Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal Sponsorship

Support Without Barriers

Pontiac Community Foundation partners with mission-driven initiatives to provide the administrative structure, credibility, and financial oversight needed to grow and create meaningful community impact.

What Is a Fiscal Sponsorship?

Fiscal sponsorship is a dynamic partnership that allows emerging initiatives to operate under the support of an established nonprofit organization. By partnering with a fiscal sponsor, projects receive financial and administrative oversight while offering donors the benefit of tax-exempt contributions.

This arrangement allows leaders to focus on advancing their mission while compliance, governance, and financial management are handled responsibly. It creates immediate operational stability while supporting long-term growth and sustainability.

Through fiscal sponsorship, initiatives can confidently mobilize resources, strengthen infrastructure, and bring their vision to life—making a meaningful difference in Pontiac.
