At the Pontiac Community Foundation, we believe that health disparities, lifespan and the ability to live a healthy, productive life should not be dependent upon your zip code. We also believe that Pontiac residents should have access to the same recreational, entrepreneurial and health support systems as their neighbors.
We Eliminate Barriers
Pontiac residents should have access to the same recreational, entrepreneurial and health support systems as their neighbors.
