The Pontiac Community Foundation is governed with accountability and oversight of the Board of Directors and gives regular reports on financial contributions and expenditures
We have retained the services of Richard J. Boyse CPA, to serve as an external auditor for the Pontiac Community Foundation to help us appropriately steward the resources you donate. Boyse CPA brings close to 40 years of experience to our team, including extensive expertise in the world of finance and nonprofit oversight. More importantly, the firm is passionate about our mission and has generously reduced the rate of their services.
Additionally, annually, we post our Form 990 and Audited Financials for full review. If you have any further questions regarding the Pontiac Community Foundation and our financial integrity, please email our Finance Department at finance@pontiaccommunityfoundation.org.
